Intermittent Fasting Lowers Triglycerides More Than Regular Diet

UK Study findings: Intermittent fasting two days per week is superior to daily calorie restriction for lowering triglycerides and losing weight. Only 630 calories on fasting days but this is sometimes easier for patients than cutting down every day (in this study they had to cut 600 calories out of their diet each day if they were in the non-fasting group).
Glad to see more evidence for this dietary strategy.
